We are looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to join the Amazon Advertising Global Scaled Services Order Management System (OMS) team. The Global Scaled Services OMS team aims to make the order management tool intuitive and easy to use in order to empower users in the order management process; thereby enhancing the overall user experience. We strive to standardize and simplify the order management workflows, simplify and streamline our product catalog, and increase overall efficiency and accuracy of campaign management by driving the integration with our core advertising products.

The Senior Program Manager will have heavy impact and high visibility to essential, business-critical processes, and will be responsible for supporting teams across the end-to-end ad campaign flow to assist in defining, planning, executing and deploying programs and platform feature enhancements. They will define operational and customer requirements, create deployment plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new processes and tool improvements. They will identify, measure, and improve operational process, including workflow management, case handling, technical troubleshooting, and escalations. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves”.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Feature request management inclusive of: process development / refinement, negotiation, buy-in, and socialization

  • Issue management oversight inclusive of: process development / refinement, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring SLA adherence

  • Responsible for all OMS scheduled releases inclusive of: regression test and UAT execution management, documentation, and socialization

  • Provide strategic direction in the simplification of current OMS workflows by leveraging approval data

  • Cross functional team collaboration to validate and approve feature request requirements

  • Design and document solutions and processes

  • Identify additional opportunities to drive operational efficiencies based on data analytics and business need

  • Partner with 3rd party vendor to ensure overall system health, SLA adherence, and feature request management

  • 5+ years of program management or process improvement and business analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience developing and refining business operational processes

  • Experience of Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel required)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels across multiple business units

  • Experience in digital advertising and ad serving

  • Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
