CVS Health Pharmacy Network Operations Advisor in Scottsdale, Arizona
Exciting opportunity to be directly responsible for managing business with CVS Caremark pharmacy and provider networks. The Performance Network Advisor will be responsible for the oversight and administration of program workflow management: monitor and regulate volumes and finances based on client, program, and contractual goals as well as guarantees. The Performance Advisor will also participate and own areas in the development, coordination, and implementation of the day to day operations and forecasting collection, review and analysis of department data and reporting, find root cause to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiencies within operational processes. The Performance Network Advisor develops internal and external relationships and engages regularly with internal business partners across CVS Caremark such as Product, Finance, etc. The Advisor will d evelop and maintain quality assurance protocol to eliminate missed client guarantees and potential adverse impacts such as financial penalties, and client retention

5 years of PBM or related industry experience.
Previous experience in Clinical Operations; Pharmacy Advisor/MTM; Network Services
Previous Retail Experience
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities; recommend solutions, and pull together appropriate stakeholders to find solutions
Direct project activities of a cross functional team, timeliness of completion and follow-up documentation
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive work ethic, self-starter, independent thinker who can take initiative
Demonstrated proficiency in documenting and writing of policies and procedures.
Must be computer literate and have excellent skills in basic Office application (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point)
Knowledge of Access, Visio and SAS preferable
General understanding of Medicare Part D regulatory, contractual and accreditation standards
Ideal candidate is technically savvy with analytical experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
