Job Summary

Partners with Retail Directors and District Managers to execute on operational excellence for all company owned retail locations. Verifies business operations complies with corporate standards and trains new managers on those standards. Researches and shares best practices between teams, Regions and Areas. Analyzes operational analytics to understand trends, bring awareness and partner with leadership teams to develop robust action plan. Serves as main POC for leadership team on region operational performance. Participates in the development of new processes to achieve in-store activities that promote sales or are required for operations.

• Manages a team of DPOMs

• Must be able to travel to stores

• Conducts regular performance review with team members

• Works collaboratively with Region, Area and HQ business partners

• Expected to conduct regular store visits with Sales and Ops leaders throughout the Region.Must have valid driver’s license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school

• Three years’ experience in project/program management

• Two years supervisory or management experience
