What You’ll Do

You will be a senior leader responsible for the overall implementation and supervision of the framework and operating model for the next generation strategic partnerships (NSGP) at Cisco.

You will implement process framework discipline, governance, and execution across all NGSP.

You’ll have an opportunity to chair/facilitate the strategic partnership review board (SPRB) and ad-hoc meetings. You will schedule, manage, document the process for all 'commit' gates.

You will consolidate and maintain up-to-date all dashboards for NGSP. You’ll be the main interface with other CSO groups especially the Corporate Integration Group.

You will develop and maintain SEG playbook to incorporate alliance best practices and thought leadership as a key corporate capability. You’ll ensure consistency of NGSP execution across the lifecycle through the establishment of key performance indicators and adherence to relevant governance structures: QBR, SPRB, etc. You will be in charge of managing the SEG budget through coordination with the Finance team.You should be familliar with Oracle and Fieldglass. You’ll guide the development of long-term planning efforts for SEG. You’ll perform the responsibilities of Chief of Staff for SEG, directly supporting the SEG leader.

Who You’ll Work With

The Strategic Ecosystem Group works with industry market leaders with to develop strategic relationships. The team is composed of ecosystem domain/Partner leaders, business development managers, program management office, and the supporting functions (legal, finance, HR,...). Interface to corresponding counterpart at the partner organization and with other CSO groups, BUs/other functions.

The Senior Manager of Operations will work closely with the CSO chief of staff/operations.

Who You Are

You are able to operate at a senior level, you have strong program management and organization skills. You communicate well with senior executives, and multiple functions across global theaters. You have direct experience managing strategic alliances, commercial negotiation, and ecosystem management. You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology industry with relevant experience in operations.

You’re comfortable working in a virtual team format and dealing with ambiguity and complexity. You are a structured thinker with analytical skills. You have experience managing executive governance process. You have a clear track record of leadership in accomplishing cross-functional initiatives. You are energetic, collaborative and autonomous.

MBA preferred.
