Help plan NA sales targets and oversee day to day operations issues related to specific deals and interface with other regions.Business forecast rollup, opportunity accuracy management and reporting based on platform.Work closely with cross-functional groups (in particular Sales Finance, HR and IT) vendors in resolving commission/bonus issues.Help track, implement and administer sales bonus plans, MBO's, special plans.Coordinate Sales interface activities for Field and Corporate Order Management issues.Direct the design, development and release of key reports and presentations for Sales Vice President Project Management of assigned sales operations projects

Coordinate and plan periodic regional management meetings. Also participate in national sales meeting preparation/execution.Manage interface between the field and internal systems (GSS, SFDC, etc).Actively identify areas for WFO efficiency improvement and implement solutions for field enablement.Participate in other cross functional projects and initiatives as necessary.

Position Requirements:

Expertise in Microsoft Excel

Strong Power point capabilities and communication skillsKnowledge of business principles – bookings, revenue, ROIAble to organize and execute small to large projects, and follow to completionKnowledge of EDA and semiconductor industry RequiredKnowledge of SalesForce.Com software8 to 10 years high tech industry experience, preferably in sales or operationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Business Admin, Information Science
