Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a visionary leader to be the Vice President of Operations to lead our current and expanding business in the San Francisco, CA area for the .Prestige and Specialty Hospitals Team.
This futurist and best qualified Vice President candidate will have demonstrated Executive Level strategic leadership skills, complex project management skills, strong financial acumen, operational skills, communication skills, talent development and Lean – Six Sigma experience. Strong client relations and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous District Management/Operations experience is strongly preferred. Experience in Hospitals is preferred.

Serves as the primary representative for client accounts within a designated geographic area including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the area through DMs, regional support staff and regional employees. Works in all matters relating to contract and account operations. Ensures that all employees under his/her operational control comply with all client, government, corporate and Division policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree
Basic Management Experience - 7 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience.
