As a member of the Global Field Enablement team at Splunk, you will be help build an enablement reporting insight engine to help drive educated decisions on enablement.

This role is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and where relevant, implementing process improvements. This position will partner with field leaders and sales operations to determine compliance and productivity impact of our enablement materials. This role will work across business functions to analyze and improve Field Enablement performance.

Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

  • Establish field enablement insight and reporting by creating self serve dashboard in salesforce

  • Leverage business analytics to provide insight, recommendations, and performance tracking to Field leaders and Productivity Managers

  • Focus on trend analysis as it relates to Field Enablement

  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the GFE team on adoption and relevance of enablement materials

  • Create Enablement operational dashboards and other tools that allow business leaders to access business intelligence independently

  • Support Field leaders on ad-hoc analytics deep dives and other requests

  • Evolve current reporting strategy to be less reactive, and more proactive predictive

Requirements: I’ve already done that or have that!

  • 2-4 years of work experience as a business analyst

  • Good communication skills: written and oral

  • Highly analytical: capable of seeking information, structuring analytical solutions, conducting analyses in an error-free manner, identifying and resolving roadblocks

  • Proactive and relentless self-starter: able to seek out further opportunities within areas of responsibility, articulating business needs, drive to get into the weeds to solve complex data questions

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence: work well as part of a cross-functional global team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting

Education: Got it!

  • BA BS degree (quantitative field - e.g., finance, mathematics, computer science, etc.- preferred)
