Kelly Services Print Operator in San Diego, California

Job Description

Pay: $13-$14/HR

Schedule: 9am-6pm

Length: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

Runs high volume copy machines in color and in black and white Performs scanning of documents Performs high volume printing of PDF, Word, Excel and e-mails Ensures copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and coordinates service calls PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office) required Knowledge of Production Print/Copy/Imaging (Primary Function) eCopy and iPro a plus Hospitality Services (Backup, not primary duties) Provides set-up and clean-up for small and large conferences Organizes kitchen areas Orders pantry supplies Stocks pantry area Ensures cleanliness of conference rooms

Qualifications:

Proper phone etiquette

Attention to detail

Ability to learn skills quickly

Ability to function with a high level of patience

Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects

Be personable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting

Office environment or production center experience required.

Law office experience is a plus

Stand or sit for extended periods of time

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office) required
