This position is in the USCC AML Risk organization working with the Risk Systems team.
The primary responsibility of the person in this role will be to manage the production support tracking and project requests for risk systems.
Analyze problem tickets that are submitted by analysts to disposition into training, policy, or system categories and create tickets via Service Now as needed
Work with CitiKYC users to troubleshoot issues as needed
Work with technology teams to assist in determining the root cause of the issues reported
Coordinate with CitiKYC analysts in all departments to gather validation/failure status as issues are resolved by technology
Assist the team lead in gathering information for reporting purposes and assist with special projects, along with completing specified tasks from end to end
Assist with implementation of best practices and process improvements
Experience in AML or other regulatory project is required
Experience with CitiKYC highly desirable
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis highly desirable
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
High level of analytical skills and problem-solving
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel)
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once in order to meet demanding deadlines
Must be able to follow projects that require very detailed analysis due to the impact to the business.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Must be a team player
Ability to work independently and use a high level of independent judgment
