LOB Job Description
Individual is responsible for support of all Transportation Services operations by providing business critical reporting , automating processes and transforming large amounts of operational data into business intelligence.
This position supports the relationships between the Transportation Operations Center, Cash Management, Outsourced Vault Services, Consumer Bank, the ATM Channel and Armored Vendors.
Individual must be able to interpret large amounts of data and incorporate into databases that are used to manage Armored Vendor and Business Partner performance at the market and national level.
This includes but is not limited to insuring contractual SLA's are met, expenditures are in line with expectations and insuring the appropriate operational data is available to proactively identify operational trends.
Individual will simultaneously lead the development of multiple new reports and systems through requirements gathering, priority setting, and coordination with the internal team as well as key business stakeholders and vendors.
Individual will act as business analyst during initiatives and projects related to Armored Vendors.
Individual will often be called upon to develop time sensitive, ad-hoc reporting to support specific initiatives.
Individual will manage executive metric reporting and ensure data validation is done in a timely manner.
Enterprise Role Description
Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s), including research. Leads in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Functions as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Provides work direction, guidance and expertise to less experienced associates and provides training to associates and Business Partners on new and complex initiatives. Builds strong relationships with Business Partners across LOBs. Has in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 5-7 years of experience.

Must demonstrate flexibility in a changing environment.
Extensive Data Validation experience
Experience debugging database macros and workflows
Ability to manipulate raw data, develop detailed reports and present complex information to large audiences.
SharePoint Designer experience (heavy workflow experience)
Proven ability to achieve results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Must have heavy macro development experience with Excel and Access
