KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Security Operations to join our KPMG Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, implement, automate, integrate, analyze, maintain and provide problem resolution of SCCM & SEP clients and release management deployments to 7000+ servers

  • Build, configure, deploy, support, and maintain SCCM central, primary and secondary site environments

  • Host application support for both third party and internally developed code, in support of the client areas' business requirements, including disaster recovery

  • Support ongoing operations, automation, integration, performance analysis, and maintenance

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of new hardware and software developments; evaluate alternative approaches and recommend new software or modifications to enhance operations and development activities

  • Consult with IT staff and clients to determine the impact of new or revised applications on existing software; provide on-call support when needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience with SCCM Administration and knowledge of SCCM products

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Technical skills in Windows server operating systems (2003 to current versions), as well as other related disciplines such as Database (Oracle/MS SQL Server 2000 to current versions), Web technologies, enterprise storage, server virtualization, and thin client computing; experience supporting various enterprise class HP/Dell/Cisco UCS server hardware is preferred; knowledge of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client and an understanding of the SEP Console is preferred

  • Demonstrated advanced technical knowledge in supporting various enterprise class HP/Dell server hardware: e.g. Proliant DL380-DL585 (G5 - current), direct attached storage; Cisco UCS and related software: e.g. IIS, Citrix, Symantec End Protection, Veritas NetBackup, Veritas Volume Mgr., BMC Patrol, Remedy, MS SQL Server, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, PeopleSoft, Active Directory, ODBC, FTP, Shell Scripts, HTML

  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members

  • US Citizenship is required
