NESTLE PURINA PETCARE COMPANY Operations Performance Project Leader in Saint Louis, Missouri

As an Operations Performance Project Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis of market-level losses (in terms of dollars or against key performance indicators) and facilitating the project prioritization and selection process at the market level through tools such as Loss Tree Analysis (LTA) and Identify, Prioritize and Assign (IPA), and executing market-level improvement projects. The role also supports the deployment of Operations Performance activities across Product Supply factories including industrial engineering functions, capacity management, standards oversight, GI-21 deployment, Nestle Self Assessment Tool (NSAT) and projects. This role is a member of the market Focus Improvement (FI) pillar and has strong links to Nestle Continuous Excellence, including ad-hoc coaching and assessment support for factory FI pillars.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :Supports deployment of Operations Performance and Focused Improvement activities across all Product Supply factories:- GI 21 and Standards- Training and establishing Reliability PPIs in Product Supply factories- NSAT- Capacity Management- Stoppage Analysis Module- Improvement project support- FI Pillar methodology training, coaching and assessingProviding analytical support for the market-level loss analysis and project prioritization / selection process:Performing in-depth analysis of key losses from the market Operational Master Plan.Use of the LTA and IPA methodologies to identify market-level projects, prioritize them and assign them to resources.Assist market in executing process for market-level DMAIC project management in Nestle Purina PetCare including cross-departmental prioritization, follow-up and replication of results.Responsible for leading the execution of market-level DMAIC (or SMED) projects with a significant business impact:Executing at least 2 Green Belt-level projects each annually (minimum $500k or equivalent business results per year).Supplement the Market FI Pillar in providing coaching support at factories for White Belt and Go-See-Think-Do level problem solving.Provide ad-hoc support for priority improvement needs at factories lacking in-house problem solving capability.Perform all other duties as assigned.VEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran ReferralsEOE -Veteran /Disabled/Minority/AA/F/M/SO
