ReCommunity ROSE Forklift Operator in Roseville, Michigan

Role PurposeTo load and unload trucks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities•Perform maintenance on equipment before and after operation•Perform daily inventory of processed material•Empty trash tilt hoppers daily as needed•Communicate with baler operator to ensure bales are moved in timely manner•Perform quality control of bales before stacking to ensure no reject•Ensure safety inspections are done on a routine basis.•Ability to read, interpret and adhere all ReCommunity Policies and Procedures such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.•Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.•Be skilled to use the companies systems effectively.•Attend staff meetings.•Performs other duties as required.Skills and ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years experience or certification.Experience on articulate wheel loader and skid steer uni-loader preferredSupervisory Responsibilities:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or Experience:Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust have a valid driver license at all timesPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
