Job Summary

This positions primary function is the loading of raw material into machines for conversion into finished product

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor machine productivity, waste and quality.

  • Feed raw materials to assigned machines.

  • Adhere to housekeeping expectations.

  • All other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Mechanical ability preferred.

  • Must have ability to comprehend written English.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

  • Must have ability to work as a team player and ability to determine if product is defective.

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms

  • Work a minimum of ten (10) hours per shift, four (4) days per week.

  • Preform essential duties in a fast paced environment subject to the extreme temperatures and loud noise level of a factory
