We are looking for talent for the following positions:
All are first shift positions Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate between ($12-$14) per hour depending on experience
Sets up and operates one or more grinding machines to grind external or internal cylindrical or tapered surfaces of metal work pieces to
blue print specifications. Applies grinding procedures to surfaces of metal following tooling instructions and standard charts. Files grooved,
contoured and irregular surfaces of metal objects, such as metal working dies and machine parts to conform to templates or other
parts/layouts. Grinds, sands and polishes objects or parts to correct defects or prepares surfaces for further finishing.
Reads blueprints and job order for products specifications, such as dimensions, tolerances and number of parts to be ground and
Reads prints as it relates to grind symbols, grain direction and finish grit- grinding speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures and grinding
wheels to be used
Scan jobs in and out correctly
Log, scan and identify parts prior to leaving Grinding Cell
Measure and mark equipment, objects or parts to ensure grinding and polishing standards are met
Performs inspection and give instruction concerning the grinding process and prints to others
Fill out and process rejects and process change documentation
Ensure to follow all safety procedures associated with operating machinery, plant requirements and other safety regulations
Attend all required training, seminars or other skills set instruction
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Pay rate between ($15-$19)
Read and interpret blueprints to determine specific welding requirements
Scan jobs in and out correctly. Log, accurately scan and identify parts prior to leaving Welding Cell
Follow instructions concerning the application of fixtures
Follow router and B.O.M to gather details for weld assembly. Read weld symbols on print and interpret all weld symbols
General knowledge of weld gasses
Trouble shoot welding, fixture and print problems
Effectively use weld machine settings and when to use straight or reverse polarity
Applicable knowledge of filler rods and weld gas mixes
Good Attention to Detail
Knowledge of blueprints
Provides accurate and consistent work output
Regularly required to sit or stand
Protective clothing, eyewear, masks and shoes are required
Maximum weight limit 55 pounds
Minimum of 3 years- experience with MIG/TIG welding
Welding certification or ability to pass test
PRESS BRAKE SET UP OPERATORS:
Pay Rate Between ($15-$20)
Needs to know how the different materials react to pressure, heat and shaping procedures. stretch, notch, punch or straighten metal/plastic plates and produce structural shapes as specified or layout. Materials produced must be checked for quality and conformance before released correct any inconsistencies that have occurred. They are also responsible for the proper care with operating the machinery.
Ability to understand and communicate prints and how they relate to the finished product. Operate complex computerized machinery - can be learned through prior experience as an Ability to run bend and forming operations.
Air-Conditioned Plant environment with variety of conditions. Regularly required to stand. Maximum weight limits 55 pounds.
Pay Rate Between ($12-$15)
Performs a wide variety of assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies meeting all product specifications. Will be required to perform modifications, fabrications, installations, repair and rework after inspections or test.
Performs manual labor using small tools along a production line
Performs mid-level assembly functions which include: prep, mechanical, spray application and inspection
Performs repetitive tasks for a long period of time without errors
Performs mounting and installation of components to blue print specifications using a wide range of tools and automated equipment and interprets blue prints
Follows verbal and written instructions and/or drawings
Recognizes, communicates and responds to process deviations and helps identify root cause and corrective actions
Understands the working mechanics of the tools used to assemble
Performs visual inspections to ensure quality product for our internal and external customers
Accurately scans and identifies parts prior to leaving the assembly department.
Ability to assemble products quickly and accurately
Possess strong hand/eye coordination
Detail oriented and organized
