corporate software experience familiar with the fast pace environment of a high

Main Responsibilities of
As the Legal
Operations Analyst in Oracle’s Legal Department, you will enter data into all
Legal Department automated systems, including internal websites, databases,
externally-sourced software, and other technology-based
tools. In addition to ongoing maintenance of existing systems, you may assist in the implementation of new technology,
such as e-Billing and Matter Management as well as renovation of existing
tools, such as the Legal Department Knowledge Management database.
You will also maintain user access to all technology resources, including
on-boarding of new members of the Legal Department and support various
non-technical operational needs of the Department, such as metrics tracking,
training coordination, and law library management, and coordinate and
administer project management for key Department initiatives.
Qualifications you are
requiring the candidate to have:
4 years of relevant corporatelegal experience with database management, website development, and electronicbilling experience.
Strong computer proficiency isessential to create and maintain Legal Portal for Knowledge Managementteam.
BA/BS or related operationalwork experience.
Experience with OracleI-Procurement and Accounts Payable software.
Experience in Data Analyticsand providing Legal Metrics.
Project management skills andcoordination across functional departments required.
Require exceptionalorganizational and communication skills.
Must be able to articulate theproject via power point presentations for the General Counsel.

Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
As part of a software project implementation team assists in implementing software projects by mapping business processes, producing documentation, establishing acceptance testing criteria.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel as necessary. Prefer 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
