The Treasury Analyst will assist in the analysis of depository account fee analysis, maintenance of target asset allocations of investment portfolios, cash handling processes, and provide general support for the Treasury and Investments department including, but not limited to, assistance with the annual RRH audit.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of progressive work experience in treasury and investment or related fields
Support cash operations, including but not limited to bank account management, inquiries and maintenance, online banking and user administration, balance reporting, credit card processing, and daily cash projection
Responsible for reconciliation and management of cash clearing process
Coordinate implementation of cash handling policies and procedures and on-site training at new medical practices to support point-of-service collection, revenue integrity, and reconciliation to the general ledger. Suggest improvements and compensating controls for site locations as warranted.
Medical office set-ups: coordinate with various banks and vendors to order deposit slips, establish vault location, construct and enable access to batch control sheets, order credit card terminals for RRHS office, establish merchant ID’s with credit card processors and vendors.
Provide assistance and support as needed with information for various audits to include all affiliates of Rochester Regional Health
