New Lending Product Operations Manager


  • Customer Contact via voice and email to support customer onboarding, product usage, inquires, and other servicing needs

  • Address customer and process escalations

  • Coordinate with other operations teams to build out a process to support the invoice advance product for pilot that leverages significant existing capabilities

  • Hire and manage a back-office support team to support the pilot onboarding, underwriting, funding disbursement, payment receipt, and various other reporting and controls requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 1 year project management and planning experience

• 5 year of operations management

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree

• 5 years project management and planning experience

• 7 year of related operations management, basic procurement concepts, relationship management, or risk management experience

• Demonstrated detail orientation, strong written and oral communication, problem solving, teamwork and collaboration

• Ability to work with limited supervision
