POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent in this position will hold the primary responsibility for preparation and delivery of daily cash, trade, and security master file reconciliations. The role will also include monthly reconciliation to the General Ledger for all Investment accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute daily cash reconciliations (transactions and positions) to include identification of exceptions and clearing of open items

  • Execute daily trade reconciliations to include review of defined data fields, confirmation of trade yield, and identification/clearing of all exceptions with the Stamford Front/Middle/Back Office

  • Execute daily security master file reconciliations to include review of defined data fields and coordination with the Stamford Front/Middle Office to research and clear exceptions

  • Execute monthly General Ledger reconciliations to include identification of exceptions and clearing of open items

  • Execute monthly Data Warehouse reconciliation to include identification of exceptions and clearing of open items

  • Support the PAM Operations team as needed to assist in maintaining accurate accounting for all reporting basis

  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related discipline

  • Collaborative mindset when working across the team to ensure successful execution of deliverables

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task to meet critical business timelines

  • Proficiency with MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 Years GAAP/Stat Accounting Experience

  • Experience with account reconciliations, exception management and resolution

  • Proficiency with Oracle General Ledger and TM1
