What you will be doing

  • Work with operations team members providing division support to maintain calendars and schedules, organize travel activities and other administrative support functions such as payroll, inventory for office supplies, accounts payable / receivable

  • Develop reporting data, spreadsheets and presentations

  • Assist with budgeting and financial processes

  • Maintain records for the operations team including departmental files

  • Participate in and help to organize community activities and employees events

What you bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-4 years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization

  • Analytical and problem solving-skills with the ability to work in a fast –paced environment
