Raytheon Operations and Maintenance Lead in Richardson, Texas

* This position is contingent on contract award* Operations and Maintenance Lead Raytheon is seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Lead for a multi-site, multi-company development and maintenance effort for a front-end data distribution system that replaces four legacy systems, and sustainment of the legacy systems until transition to a replacement system. The new system will receive analog and digital data from providers at multiple sites, convert (as necessary) and distribute analog and digital data to consumers across the globe. Responsibilities: Lead a multi-site, multi-company O&M team providing Tier 3-4 Maintenance for legacy and new replacement systems Technical management, including cost and schedule responsibilities Ensure legacy and new systems meet respective availability requirements. Provide periodic metric reports on system availability as required Provide operations support for Tier 1-2 personnel at multiple customer sites where systems are fielded. Provide deployment support for legacy system and upgrades and new system deployments Perform Discrepancy Report (DR) analysis for fielded systems (legacy and new) Provide DR fixes for fielded systems (legacy and new) Provide logistics and maintenance depot functions for legacy custom hardware LRUs Support system anomaly and other site-specific investigations, as required Provide block build upgrades and installation Perform Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) HW/SW and Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) baseline management Support development and delivery of the following CDRLS: Project Monthly Performance Report, Project Test Plan, Project Test Procedures, Project Test Reports, Site Survey, Site Integration Requirements, Facility Requirements Document, Network Interface Planning Document, Site Installation Plan, Logistics Support Plan, Product Ship List, Installation Complete Report, Repair and Diagnostic Test Procedures, Training Plan, Training Material Provide Tier 3-4 maintenance of new system capabilities Support Request For Change (RFC) assessment and Rough Order of Magnitude/Engineering Change Proposal (ROM/ECP) activities as required Review documentation and artifacts submitted to program review boards Support the program risk and opportunity management process Support metrics and plan development that provides both customer and corporate metrics Collect, analyze and report required metrics for both customer and corporate metrics Support IPTs as required with system level expertise Support Technical Subcontract Manager(s) (TSMs) as required for subcontractor's efforts Support customer Readiness Review Team (RRT) activities (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.) and associated Raytheon corporate gating events Support monthly and quarterly customer program reviews Perform personnel management duties as required Limited CONUS travel (25%) Potential for OCONUS travel (15%) Required Education (including Major): Major: Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related scientific or technical discipline Experience: For candidates with Bachelor's degree: 10 years or more experience in the military and/or Intelligence Community to include minimum 5 years as an O&M lead for customer systems development programs; 5 years or more of specialized, relevant technical experience Current TS/SCI clearance is required For candidates with Master's degree or higher: 7 years or more experience in the military and/or Intelligence Community to include minimum 5 years as an O&M team lead for customer systems development programs; 3 years or more of specialized, relevant technical experience Current TS/SCI clearance is required. 93397
