Telus Operations Manager (Customer Solutions Delivery) - TELUS Health in QC, California

Objective:

The primary objective is to ensure superior customer experience and the growth of all the TELUS Health Pharmacy division’s products and services through the seamless implementation of solutions. The team manager is responsible for the direct management of professionals, including project managers, trainers and implementation consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the implementation of our pharmacy management software solutions, including Ubik, as well as for delivering peripheral services to our existing clients. The operations manager is responsible for liaising with the other Pharmacy division teams, including sales, operations, development and client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive interface between sales, development and client support

  • Plan and coordinate the activities of team members in accordance with the business unit’s financial objectives for the delivery

  • Manage processes and tools to maintain the continuity of operations

  • Promote and foster a work environment in line with TELUS’ core values

  • Constantly evolve, in consonance with the way we do business, by developing new methods and procedures to keep pace with our clients’ changing needs, our product portfolio and the environment in general

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of IT solution implementation processes for the healthcare industry

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations/workflow an asset

  • 7-10 years of related experience

  • Knowledge in project management principles

  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive team environment, motivate others, foster ownership and responsibility, as well as open and honest communication

  • Bilingual, both spoken and written, strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to prepare financial reports on deployment operations

Required Education:

  • University Degree
