As a Telephone Operator (Whatever/Whenever Agent), you will be responsible for answeringand directingincoming calls from inside and outside the hotel. You will takeandidentify all guestwishesand ensure that the requests are executed correctly and in a timely manner. You further have to dispatch hotel staff and track their performance accordingly. As aTelephone Operator (Whatever/Whenever Agent), you will be a WOW experience engineer and the keeper of the Whatever Whenever service commitment to our guests.
You must be fluent in the Arabic language (both written and verbally). Proficiency in the English Language is beneficial.

You like to take ownership, you learn, develop and adapt to change and you can work independently, take initiative and pay attention to detail.
A Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
We expect you to have knowledge of Fidelio or Opera.
Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar position preferably in the Middle East is required.
