As an Operations Coordinator in IWS, your primary function will be to manage Suppliers and processes for the Operations Department. Maintain integrity, and uphold policies and guidelines. You'll manage vendors that work throughout the campus while assisting neighborhood operations and budget tracking for the department, maintaining department scorecard, KPI’s and processing PO’s and invoices.

You will be the consummate team player, proactively looking to support and engage the needs of the business as a trusted partner. You will be able to communicate and present concepts and materials in a succinct manner and at the appropriate level. You will be challenged, daily and hourly, to shift gears and respond accordingly; you will be directed to think ahead, to plan, and to multi-task.

As an important member of the Operations Management Team you will work closely with the Sr. OM and OM Neighborhood Leads on budget development, tracking and monthly forecasting, updating finance and other WD&C stakeholders as needed including monitoring expenses

You will work with vendors on daily planning and scheduling, ensuring adherence to the Vendor Access and Employee Safety & Health policies.


Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience

  • Experience using Planon, SRM, Glue, Key Systems, AMAG software, SharePoint,Tradeshift and Coupa is preferred

  • Previous experience tracking and reporting on budgets is preferred

  • Experience with written communication or demonstrated aptitude

  • Strong organizational skills, high personal standards, attention todetail and a focus on outcomes

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstratecreativity, drive, self-direction and dependability

  • Excellent critical thinking skills

  • Strong process andproject/initiative management knowledge

  • Strong team, cross business/ cross functional partnership skills

  • Must have ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities in a changing environment
