Nexus HR Operations Coordinator in Plymouth, Minnesota

As HR Operations Coordinator, you will provide benefit related communications to the entire organization. Manage HRIS systems and accompanying HR-related record keeping processes. Develop and maintain all AAP, VETS, and any other compliance related reporting/planning for the organization. Select responsibilities include: Coordinate the creation, maintenance, distribution, and retention of all benefit related materials. In collaboration with the communications department, ensure that benefit guides/booklets and related materials are current and distributed to sites as needed. Coordinate the development, maintenance and distribution of associated key documents and materials as required (i.e. SPDs, SARs, enrollment materials). Maintain up-to-date legal documents compliant with IRS code/guidelines. Maintain appropriate documentation within the corporate office on all benefit program design and compliance. Develop and generate reports to meet internal and external requests/requirements through existing HRIS systems, various other software, and by developing report formats where necessary. Provide compliance reporting on a timely basis for state licensing entities, state and federal affirmative action programs, EEO, COA accreditation, etc. Provide routine and special request Human Resources reports such as compensation data, employee rosters, status changes, etc. Compile headcount and turnover reports on an as needed basis. Provide claims data information to the Finance department on a regular basis. Assist HR Manager in completing benefits and other compliance related reporting requirements Assist HR Manager in obtaining statistics and information in the renewal process of any health, life and retirement plans that benefit Nexus. Coordinate the development of the annual AAP related and VETS-4212 reports. Produce annual AAP/VETS-4212 reports for all sites and generate necessary reports from HRIS to achieve this by established deadlines. Gather AAP information for all sites and review for correctness/appropriateness; request and track corrections from sites when necessary. Produce various and numerous reports and analyses for the production of the AAP, always checking for accuracy. Research, interpret and make recommendations for organizational compliance of federal, state, and local affirmative action guidelines and legislation. Maintain the HRIS systems. Serve as primary liaison between Nexus and HRIS service providers. Identify and resolve any issues with carrier connections or feeds between HRIS and benefit providers. Perform audits on benefit enrollments on a regular basis. Audit and accurately enter when necessary personnel changes for new hires, terminations, status changes, pay adjustments, etc. Process system updates as needed such as salary grade changes, title changes, department number changes, etc. Maintain up-to-date procedure manual on all HRIS procedures. Provide benefit administration and record-keeping support for all Nexus benefit programs on an as needed basis. Process benefit enrollments for new hires/changes and forward to respective claims administrator. Provide liaison assistance for all employees of Nexus on benefit issues including insured programs, self-insured programs and 401(k) plans. Administer the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) process. Assist with wellness programs and initiatives as needed. Provide back-up reception support and assist with general office support as needed.
