The primary focus of the Branch Operations Manager is to manage the staffing team with a goal to grow revenue, increase margins, manage expenses all while providing superior service to our clients and talent. Examples of Duties: Core fundamental expectations of this position include the following: - Create and implement a staffing plan for the office in effort to reach operating unit's financial goals. - Hire for internal staffing positions to ensure team of "A" players. - Train newly hired staffing associates on job duties as well as provide ongoing training and development of existing staff. - Provide leadership to operations team to include leading daily huddles, conducting regular one-on-one meetings with staff, and providing work direction. - Partner with sales by conducting client visits with sales team in effort to solicit new business for existing or potential clients. - Assist staffing team with matching talent to client needs by placing the best qualified talent on assignment with Atterro's clients. - Provide ongoing problem solving to clients regarding temporary work needs, Atterro services, employee issues and other related areas. - Ensure staffing team is marketing qualified talent to clients in effort to proactively service clients needs as well as build operating unit's book of business. Mandatory Qualifications: Mandatory qualifications include a high school diploma, or G.E.D. equivalent; minimum of two years progressively responsible experience in sales or staffing operations. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree; prior managerial or supervisory experience; proven experience problem-solving, decision-making, and employee relations; experience with inside sales and outbound calling; the ability to work in a sales-driven environment.
