Reference #: 1907 Sales Operations Associate Analyst Location: Gamma Dr. Pittsburgh, PA Description Work within the Sales Operations team by supporting the analysis of sales data and creating processes for tracking and reporting. Effectively execute operational tasks related to projects such as NPI mapping, quota setting, and exceptions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute operational activities such as NPI mapping change requests and troubleshooting issues. Interface with field sales force on specific actions related to topics such as NPI and drive action closure. Under direction of senior team members, conduct appropriate database analysis of expense data and other individual sales representative and manager activities. Generate reports through data manipulation in Excel. Support sales effort to resolve field problems associated with reimbursement and customer support. Analyze and manage the use of data as guided by senior staff. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Educations and/or Experience: Undergraduate college degree with work experience in business operations. Associate degree will be considered with equivalent work experience. Superior communication and customer service/technical support skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines. Attention to detail and time management required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience in process development and implementation a plus. Previous data analysis experience and/or software test experience a plus. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
