Systems/Operational Support Manager
Responsible for all technical needs for a line of business or subsidiary.
Develops, programs and maintains area operating systems.
Responsible for technical equipment installation and maintenance, both hardware and software.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other job-related field, OR
Four years of information technology experience. (Equivalency not applicable for the Celerian Group. Bachelor's degree required.)
Required Work Experience
- Five years of software development and/or programming applications experience.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong math and analytical skills.
Excellent project management, interpretation, communications and technical skills.
Able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Strong technical knowledge base in related area.
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communications skills.
Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent and effective communications, customer-service and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate complex information with understanding to a variety of audiences who have different levels of experience and knowledge.
Proficient with programming languages required for utilization and customization of the business area’s software.
Expertise with Microsoft Office.
