Job Description

The Production Systems and Operations Manager is responsible for acting as a liaison between business units and the Information Systems Department as well as building relationships with business units to effectively communicate needs / issues to IS for enhancements or resolution. Responsible for providing support to the business units for their day-to-day application questions / issues, extracting data from applications to build reports, and vendor interfaces. This position also provides education support to team members and business partners on many topics, including the care management system. This role is responsible for triaging and assigning support requests, facilitating strategic initiatives, prioritizing work, and coordinating upgrade planning and implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or related field

Three (3) years experience in a Medicaid/Medicare Managed Care Environment

Two (2) years experience as a business analyst

Two (2) years experience supervising or managing a staff
