Provide administrative planning and support for site operational activities and personnel performing logistical activities to locate, identify, track, centralize, transport, disposition and coordinate calibration where applicable. Act as a backup to the Operations and Logistics Specialist and secondary site POC for customer and E-Team staff. Coordinate activities with site users (customers) to ensure uninterrupted test equipment asset availability supporting all Engineering test equipment utilized in laboratories, test stations, and testing facilities.
Education - Associates degree in technical field with 2 years of direct experience with test equipment. In lieu of formal education, at least 6 years of progressively challenging and responsible roles with a customer service component in an engineering, metrology, or test resource management environment.
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, Word and Excel. Functional experience with inventory management software and processes.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, walk at a measured pace for sustained periods, stand, sit and kneel repetitively.
Use handheld scanners and similar data capture equipment, enter data into E-Team support systems and extract information for analysis and reporting.
Recognize and comply with warnings, signs and alerts in laboratory and engineering test environments.
Knowledge of Honeywell Aerospace test equipment types, configurations and general functional knowledge of test equipment.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Interface effectively with other personnel and take ownership of their area of responsibility.
Knowledge of inventory database management software and standard PC applications (Skype, Internet Explorer etc…)
Ability to follow semi-complex verbal instructions and learn the approved workflow processes.
