Responsible for ensuring that the System of Care's program goals and objectives are in alignment with Mercy Maricopa, Mercy Care Plan and Aetnas corporate goals and objectives; including defining vision, strategy, and prioritization while incorporating metrics and reporting tools that measure milestones and successes/set-backs.

Fundamental Components:

Manage departments operational objectives by

o preparing and completing action plans;

o implementing production, productivity, quality, and reporting standards;

o fostering employee engagement plans to support enhanced member care;

o developing data informed dashboards for use and consumption;

o identifying trends and implementing change management principals;

o determining system improvements;

o Assess and eliminate inefficient processes and;

o Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.



Minimum - b

Bachelors degree and 5+ year behavioral health,

RHBA experience,

5+ years experience providing supervision and direction


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
