Reference #: ELW-1650 Job Title CMCT Director of Clinical Operations Location Address 3300 Henry Ave, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19129 Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Provides clinical, administrative and strategic oversight of the Children's Mobile Services including both the Mobile Crisis and Mobile Intervention service teams. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides clinical and administrative oversight to the Children's Mobile Intervention Services and the Children's Mobile Crisis Teams Provides clinical and administrative supervision to Clinical Supervisors and to Crisis Workers and Intervention Specialists in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor Ensures all programs are staffed with credentialed, trained and supervised staff Responds to crisis and/or urgent situations through consultation or direct assistance as needed Provides consultation, direction and information related to behavioral and Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) issues, including best practices and material from current research Maintains current knowledge of funding sources, community agencies and resources, personnel and referral sources Provides ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs Contributes to mental health outreach, general program development, policy formulation, and program evaluation Maintains effective communication lines and provides information pertinent to the overall functioning of the all programs Directs day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery Develops and maintains up-to-date program policies and procedures Maintains quality delivery of services Provides oversight to ensure that medical records management processes are in compliance with agency policies and Medicaid and third party payment requirements Interacts with other departments to support operations including working with senior leadership and finance partners to develop and administer program budgets Ensures compliance with state and county requirements Ensures compliance with all managed care requirements Participates in internal and external audits and, as necessary, submits plan for corrective action Develops and nurtures relationships with families, outside socials service agencies, funding sources and other stake holders i...
