Position Title Assistant Director, Application and Data Management, Operations Requisition Number 8519 Job Overview The Assistant Director of Application and Data Management takes an understanding of the admissions process and functions for undergraduate or graduate prospective students and engages in activities that ensures seamless movement of students through the admission pipeline. The Assistant Director develops and analyzes reports that highlight potential data problems and will routinely conduct and facilitate audit projects to ensure data accuracy. In some instances, the Assistant Director will be required to coordinate these projects with other department members in order to complete. The Assistant Director is also involved in the recommendation and develop of new processes that improve the methods by which Operations delivers its services. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree. At least two years of professional experience. Essential Functions 1. Monitor the movement of prospective students through the admissions pipeline by utilizing admission process and function knowledge as well as data analysis skills. 2. Ensure complete data quality by routinely conducting data audits and completing clean-up projects singularly or by coordinating with other Operations team members. 3. Develop reports that track the performance of the various undergraduate or graduate prospective student pools and compare that performance to previous years. Engage in analysis of this data and notify the proper parties to progress areas of concern. 4. Collaborate with Operations team members to highlight process improvements and work with those team members to develop and implement solutions. Other duties as assignment.
