Bank of America Client Service Analyst I-Operations Support in Pennington, New Jersey

Job Description:

Associate will be the Security Point of Contact (SPOC) and will be responsible for all aspects of site support, data archiving, supports quarterly audits, and ensure employees have the appropriate levels of access. Incumbent will also be responsible for the software development life cycle for all databases and associated application code, macros, reports, etc. utilized by the department, including design, development, maintenance and daily operation. Associate will build and maintain solutions based upon data obtained from databases and data warehouses maintained at the enterprise level, data received via FTP (File Transfer Protocol), and data obtained from browser-based reporting tools. Associate will also be responsible for design and deployment of applications and tools as required by the department to satisfy emergent compliance and risk issues. Associate will be required to rapidly gain a working knowledge of highly technical business concepts related to collateral based lending, compliance and obligations, and propose solutions that achieve business goals. Associate will be expected to strive for continuous improvement of internal information processes and be ready to rapidly adapt to change within the scope of the larger enterprise.

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to interact with Management at all Levels

Flexibility in hours and availability (may require weekend/morning/ or evening support)

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Expert User of Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating systems

Strong understanding of IP networking and network file systems

Advanced skills in all applications of the MS Office Suite

Expert skills in MS Excel and Access, including Visual Basic Applications (VBA) on both platforms

Expert RDMS design and SQL coding skills

Experienced with Windows Script Host and Visual Basic Script (VBS)

Expert debugging and problem solving

SQL Server or DB2 Experience a plus

Experience with multi-million row data sets a plus

Ability to learn SPOC duties (Site Support - Application/Computer Troubleshooting, New Accesses, Hardware Ordering, On-Boarding / Off-Boarding of Employees, Department/Desk Moves (Phone, Computer, Siebel/Softphone Provisioning), Audio/Visual Support (Presentations), Data Archiving, Annual Transfer/Application Audits, and Quarterly Badge Audits )
