Responsibilities

  • Coordinate SAP.iO Board Meetings with senior executive board members

  • Collect feedback from Board Members for GM performance reviews; manage the process for compensation committee shadow equity approvals

  • Prepare quarterly reporting documents for SAP.iO’s senior stakeholders

  • Manage SAP.iO’s community events

  • Coordinate best practice sharing (inside and outside of the organization)

  • Take on operational projects at the request of the SAP.iO Leadership Team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Preference for a quantitative business degree (e.g., Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, etc.)

  • Relevant professional experience with a track record of success; preference for 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or strategy.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of SAP systems is preferred

  • Ability to deliver highest quality under deadline pressure, while juggling multiple tasks and in complex environments, strong organizational skills

Location & Travel

The SAP.iO office is located in the South of Market area (SoMa) of San Francisco, California. However, teams are located across the globe. As such, travel will be involved, but no more than 30%.
