Neuro Surgery- Scrub and Circulate. Scrub Experience Preferred. If not experienced in scrubbing, must be willing to learn.
Performs established nursing procedures using clinical knowledge. Scrub/Circulate in variety of services. Must be able to work under stress, pressure and deal effectively with a variety of people. The Main OR has 21 suites and 2 sterile cores. There is a case load of approximately 1300 cases per month; more than 600 types of procedures; 13 clinical services.

Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Prefer BSN.
Experience: Minimum of two years acute care Hospital Operating Room experience
Licensure/Certification: Current California RN License. Current AHA Healthcare Provider BCLS certification.
CNOR preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Flexible and a team player. Circulate/scrub for various services Effective communication skills verbally and in writing. Problem-solving skills. Interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to prioritize. Able to give and receive constructive feedback
