Work you ll do
As a Solution Analyst in the Strategy & Operations practice, you ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them in the application, custom development, and management of technology to help enhance their business performance. You ll play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software, including robotic process automation. Based on your project requirements, you may be responsible for coding entirely new custom software applications, or you may use off the shelf software, requiring you to modify and integrate it into an existing system to meet business needs.
As a Solution Analyst, your tasks may include:
Innovating solutions to work around system limitations
Understanding control procedures and disciplines
Working with version control and Jira or similar ticketing system
Problem solving with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
Delivering high quality work and adapting to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
Key skills include: analyzing information, eliciting software requirements, general programming, software design, debugging, documentation, testing, problem solving, and teamwork.
Our US Delivery Center team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. We work with clients and help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses operations, processes, and performance.Learn more about the US Delivery Center.
Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related area
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and simplify complex technical issues for clients
Knowledge of software development principles and hands-on programming experience through coursework or internship AND/OR knowledge of database principles
Willingness to travel up to 15 percent of the time
Exposure to MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or any equivalent database background
Programming experience with languages such as .NET and or Java in a requirements structured environment
