RMS is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a key contributor to our growing Sales Operations function to ensure the ongoing success of our Client Development organization. This role will be based out of RMS’ office in Noida, India. In this role, the analyst will be a key tactical contributor to RMS’ Global Sales Operations team and help to ensure accurate sales forecasting processes, Salesforce.com data integrity, correct entitlement attribution, and oversee aspects of order fulfilment and invoicing. This is a cross-functional role as the analyst will work directly with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Service Operations.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of sales and accounting processes as well as passion to engage directly with key internal stakeholders to remove operational obstacles and to ensure consistency of ongoing processes. As such, this role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Process closed contracts/Opportunities within Salesforce through booked-verification process
Manage all contracts and associated client entitlement data with Salesforce
Partner with Accounting team to troubleshoot and resolve invoicing issues
Partner with Accounting and Service Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve product fulfillment-related issues
Monitor and ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.com and other integrated systems to ensure accurate reporting
Assist client-facing Account Executives and Account Managers with forecast updates, account transfers, bookings attribution allocation, and other tasks
Address other miscellaneous requests that fall within the Global Sales Operations organization.
Reporting and Analytics:
Provide ad hoc support for Sales Operations monthly revenue close process including compiling reports and data
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce.com
Other projects and initiatives as needed to support ongoing Global Sales Operations engagement
Skills and Requirements:
BS/BA with minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Accounting
Able to work 9am-5pm in the Eastern Time (ET) Zone
Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company a plus
MS Office and CRM skills, experience with Salesforce.com a plus
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills
Able to work independently and meet requirements, maintains ownership, offers potential solutions, drives work to completion within specified timelines
