Position Summary The Community Banking Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring and managing the operational integrity and overall safety & soundness of all Community Banking Offices within an assigned Division including, on average, 250 bank branch locations. This includes being accountable for reducing risk, gaining efficiencies and improving financial performance for the Community Banking CBO network. The incumbent supports Division Presidents and local market strategies to assist with achieving business goals including sales, deposit growth, revenue & expense targets. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Director, the Community Banking Field Operations Manager, leads, coaches, and develops a team of regional level operations leaders across multiple locations and geographies Position Duties Consult and support Community Banking line management with CBO operations including review of operational control concerns, emergency management and complex problem resolution. Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with organizational business line leaders to effectively serve as the Community Banking liaison across various disciplines Design, develop and deliver Community Banking operations strategies, programs and initiatives Develops and executes operational, cost saving and compliance programs to realize optimum results and goal achievement. Effectively manage CBO division operational and risk performance to ensure compliance to organizational and business line policy and procedure and state & federal regulations Ensures that CBOs are operationally sound and in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Establish and review CBO operating policy, procedures and processes to achieve efficiencies and/or mitigate operational risk. Develops and implements divisional operational business plan and proactively conducts competitor analysis to ensure that we deliver industry best practices to meet the operational integrity and safety & soundness goals of the bank for the community banki Effectively manage Community Banking risk matrix, business loss budgets and key operational performance indicators across various metric reports and scorecards. Lead and /or support business line and business partners to recommend, develop, define and implement Community Banking technology requirements Lead and support organizational and business line project initiatives through creation of and/or participation on cross-functional project teams. Provide market and regional leader support and regular feedback regarding operational soundness & integrity of Region/CBOs Leads, manages and develops team of Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), including leaders and employees across multiple geographies to ensure strong operations leadership and support for the Community Banking business line.



Qualification Prior experience in Retail Branch Operations Education: F-Bachelors or Equivalent Experience: Between 8 - 10 Years Specialized Knowledge Ability to lead interactions with senior executives Able to lead teams across geographical locations Demonstrated effective management and communication of sensitive information Proven ability to exercise informed judgment in complex situations Strong analytical and problem resolution skills Superior consultative, relationship management and influencing skills Management Scope Manage Team Members
