Job Description:

The Senior Business Operations Analyst will play an integral role in collaborating within the Business Operations team and supporting cross-functional teams to systematically improve KPIs. In this role, you will act as the connective tissue between process, analysis and action. You will build inter-departmental relationships, gather information/data, analyze and draw insight from data and develop recommendations. This role will require you to identify, persuasively communicate and drive implementation of the teams' recommendations among internal groups and senior leadership.

Functions:

  • Identify complex business issues within the Customer Success Group
  • Analyze and solve for breakdowns in current processes
  • Work with CSG Client Delivery team to develop and drive adoption of tools and concrete processes throughout the organization
  • Build consensus among cross-functional groups to enhance collaboration and business process improvement; understand roadblocks and act as arbiter when issues arise
  • Consult with leaders and delivery team to drive new and improved staffing and engagement initiatives
  • Utilize project management principles and process to execute KPI projects from idea to implementation
  • Organize and analyze KPI data
  • Identify opportunities for improving KPIs and independently develop executable plans to do so
  • Create ad-hoc tools for use by CSG delivery teams for KPI analysis
  • Hold discussions with team leads to understand long-term workforce needs and create strategic staffing recommendations
  • Document, analyze and report on progress towards identified goals
  • Keep detailed records of meeting outcomes including: documenting old and new processes, identifying action items and understanding the necessary follow up to complete assigned actions
  • Act as ad hoc support to Director of CSG Business Operations
