The Princeton Review Regional Director of Institutional Operations in New York, New York

*JOB SUMMARY: * The Regional Director of Institutional Operations serves as the general manager for The Princeton's Review's Institutional College Readiness business for the region by providing broad oversight over customer service, program quality, management of employees, and execution of strategic initiatives as directed by the Vice President of Institutional Operations.

*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * 1. Facilitate the execution of quality institutional programs initiated by the K12 sales team. 2. Assign institutional account responsibilities within the region to institutional operations staff and manage staff to ensure outstanding institutional program quality and client service. 3. Work closely with Vice President of Institutional Operations to develop and execute standard operating procedures for all institutional accounts. 4. Hire and facilitate training for new Institutional Account Managers within the region 5. Develop and ensure successful execution of quality institutional programs, including planning and implementation of operations, personnel, customer service, and accounting programs and initiatives designed to attain office objectives.6. Oversee management of program costs in order to meet and exceed institutional profit goals. 7. Analyze operational efficiencies, identify problem areas, and create and execute improvement strategies. 8. Ensure responsiveness to institutional clients and identify areas for improvements in service, staffing and operations that will increase customer satisfaction and positively affect institutional renewal rates. 9. Liaise with Institutional Sales department and National Product department to ensure smooth sales to operations hand-off and to communicate client product requests. 10. Set objectives and manage staff through strong leadership; create a respectful environment in which employees can grow, express their opinions and ideas, are focused on attaining key objectives, and feel a sense of satisfaction with their job and TPR. 11. , Requirements: *QUALIFICATIONS: * 1. Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred 2. At least five years of management experience in a service-oriented environment 3. Strong entrepreneurial and competitive spirit 4. Excellent management, leadership and organizational skills 5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment 6. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills 7. Ability to work in multiple computer databases and possess proficient skills in MS Office 8. Willingness to travel when necessary 9. Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization
