Work You ll DoDeliver components of client engagements that identify, design and implement business and technology solutions for clients. Provide service excellence by recognizing key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Responsible for the quality of deliverables and to support teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Define target state capacity estimates and associated resourcing strategy. Understand client's needs within financial services industry through in-depth understanding of operational process, business drivers and growth strategies, including front and back operations, assessment of cost allocation and profitability application, reengineering of core operating model, design of governance methodology, execution of roadmaps and a detailed understanding of trading products, valuation parameters, and new product developments. Provide recommendation to the senior management team in the area of front and back operations, assessment of cost allocation and profitability application, reengineering of core operating model, design of governance methodology, and execution of roadmaps. Improve value for the customer and financial institutions by breaking down the complex processes and regulatory requirements that prevent organizations from adapting to market constraints and achieving growth targets by simplifying processes, aligning technology and reducing operating costs for driving value for the customer and financial institutions. Perform gap analysis, collecting information, gathering business requirements, and proposing process improvement strategies to assist the business with overcoming financial, regulations, and technological obstacles. Provide guidance in the design and development of matrix, methods testing, and ensure root causes are identified by using Six Sigma and PRINCE 2 methodologies. Increase business efficiency on projects with multiple investment banks, including supporting client money segregation roll out, operational risk assessment, agent bank sustainability, and contingency planning.
