For nearly 50 years, Ralph Lauren’s reputation and distinctive image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and international markets.Purpose and Scope: Ralph Lauren is seeking an E-Commerce Studio Product Coordinator to oversee sample procurement and ensure timely delivery of product to the studio. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for ordering Top of Production samples for their respective brands and divisions. T his position will work proactively with third-party vendors, production and sourcing, and the warehouse supply chain team. The coordinator will work directly with the on-site studio team to coordinate item-level product shooting. Constant communication with the Production team will ensure that product is prioritized and processed in a timely manner. They will work together with the product copy team to provide product detail information. Superior organizational and problem-solving abilities are a must, along with the ability to manage competing priorities between and across business groups. Responsibilities:

  • Manage sample ordering and tracking Enter sample orders in GFE sourcing system for top of production samples, partnering with Wholesale E-Commerce teams on overlap styles Confirming that sample orders have been placed by production Chase outstanding samples through constant communication with production and third-party vendors

  • Utilize PMC data tracking system to manage multi-brand sample receipt of all seasonal deliveries,constantly maintain accurate data in PMC for sample statuses

  • Participate in showroom breakdowns and sample pulls

  • Check-in, tag and organize samples

  • Coordinate shoot planning with production teams

  • Capture product copy details (measurements, country of origin, care instructions, fabrication)

  • Manage shoot schedule with Studio Lead

  • Hand off completed item-level images to Product Copy using Digital Asset Management system

  • Utilize PMC milestone reports to identify outstanding samples

  • Hold weekly touchbases with Merchandising teams

  • Gather samples for feature shoots, track sample shipments and returns as necessary

  • Prepare End of Life shipments of completed product to proper storage locations Showroom sales teams RLE-NA, RLE-EU, RLE-APAC Contact Centers RL Library

  • Provide Not On Web report statuses for regional e-commerce businesses

  • Gather samples for feature shootsQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people

  • Self-driven leader who works well with others

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
