ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Demand Operations Associate will be accountable for delivering operational support services to those entities buying media via FreeWheel's North America Markets business, which enables the most premium video publishers such as TV Programmers, MVPDs, and major digital media publishers to monetize their content programmatically at scale. The role will interface with the operational and trading teams at marketers, agencies, agency trading desks, and DSPs to ensure that campaigns running on media in FreeWheel's Market business are delivering successfully.

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure the trafficking and set up of RTB campaigns: Deal IDs, managed IO/spot buys, CPV campaigns

Troubleshoot buyer's technical questions and KPI targets (CTR, VTR )

Monitor delivery and performance (suggest additional sites, add data or filters/targeting)

Understand client bidding behavior and orientate sales team to drive more revenue

Debug issues with campaigns and ad creative, manage troubleshooting escalations

Make sure sales administration is maintained: IO archiving, reporting discrepancies for invoicing

Attend customer meetings (Pre-sales & quarterly business review support)

Build educational materials for internal and external use

Requirements:

1-2 years in a digital media ad operations at an SSP, DSP, Agency Trading Desk, Agency or Ad Network

Experience working with programmatic video strongly preferred

Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including transaction models

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to be client-facing with strong desire and commitment to deliver results for clients

Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving team environment
