Qualifications

An outstanding opportunity has becomeavailable for a Lobby Operations Manager to join Sydney's most sophisticatedhotel.

Reporting to FrontOffice Manager, you will be responsible to contribute to the overall businessobjectives of the hotel by effectively supervise the Lobby team. Ensure allguests needs, queries and problems are anticipated and resolved.

The Role

As aLobby Operations Manageryou will be requiredto:

Ensure the arrival reports and banquet events are reviewed forguests on a daily basis.

All corporate arrivals and departures are reviewed every day andfeedback is solicited from these guests and reported to management in the dailylog.

Greet and welcome all guests arriving and departing the lobbywith a sincere and welcoming greeting: i.e. Welcome to The Westin Sydney TheLobby Operations Manager will greet with an appropriate welcome and lead themto the Front desk.

Welcomes all regular guests who arrive via express check in.

Oversee the entire lobby including thedriveway, movement of the bell staff andensure all procedures are being followed, monitor cleanliness of the drivewayand lobby and ensuring a quick response to all guests.

To assist in all roles of Front Office operations, includingFront Desk check-in and check-out, porter/bell services and Concierge to assistas required.

Monitor the processes for bell service, Commissionaire andconcierge delivery, make recommendations for process improvement and implementnew standards and procedures.

The Requirements:

Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with people atall levels in an organization.

Thorough follow up, strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Resilient, with the ability to achieve and excel under pressure

Proventrack record in delivering excellent customer service.

Impeccablelevel of personal presentation.
