Position Summary:

  • Greeting tour guests and distribution of gifts.

  • Accurate input of gifting information into CRS.

  • Handling show reservations

  • Answer telephones and guest questions in a pleasant and professional manner.

  • Assist department manager with special projects as needed

Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Mustbe able to work evenings and weekends

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year clerical or retail experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience in providing top quality customer service to our GrandStrand Visitors

  • General Data entry experience

  • Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
