Greeting tour guests and distribution of gifts.
Accurate input of gifting information into CRS.
Handling show reservations
Answer telephones and guest questions in a pleasant and professional manner.
Assist department manager with special projects as needed
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Mustbe able to work evenings and weekends
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year clerical or retail experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in providing top quality customer service to our GrandStrand Visitors
General Data entry experience
Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
