B3H Corporation RPA RQ-170 Operations/Aircrew Training Specialist in Nellis AFB, Nevada
B3H Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to support Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) Persistent Attack and Reconnaissance Division (A3M). HQ ACC/A3M is the Combat Air Force (CAF) focal point responsible to organize, train and equip the MQ-1/9, RQ-170, RQ-4, and U-2 weapon systems , their policy, doctrine and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) development to ensure CAF readiness and combat crew training to meet Combatant Command (CCMD) requirements.
NOTE: This position is located at Langley AFB, VA
Manages and executes aircrew training within the RQ-170 enterprise. Manages funding, travel, and student allocations to fulfill requirements within the advanced RPA training community.
Review, coordinate and prepare Advanced RPA Instructions and policy (AFI 11-2RQ-170Vl-3 and AFTTP 3-1 Technical Orders) changes and rewrites in coordination with Wing and Staff standardization and evaluation functions.
Review, coordinate and prepare RAP tasking messages and reports.
Review, coordinate and prepare RTRB briefings, and publish pre and post RTRB products semi-annually.
Review, coordinate and prepare response for SIB/AIB.
Review, coordinate and prepare mishap review panel brief and semiannual AFSAS review for COMACC.
Review, coordinate and prepare waiver packages required for deviation from regulations and AFIs.
Provide support for the development and staffing of Staff packages, CONOPS, CONEMPS, Enabling Concepts, Roadmaps and Contingency Plans; perform MWS Lead Command duties.
Coordinate with Wing and DoD Staff agencies to organize, train, and equip the Advanced RPA enterprise in IAW CSAF direction.
Coordinate with Advanced RPA Systems Program Office and ACC/A5/8/9 for Advanced RPA system enhancements and assist in defining modernization requirements to support current/future weapon system upgrades, training, sustainment, and employment.
Attend Component Commander Exercise and Planning Conferences. (Approx. 4 per year)
Possess a Bachelor Degree and a minimum of five (5) years operational mission experience in MAJCOM aircraft performing aircrew duties.
Minimum of two (2) year of experience managing RQ-170-related operations programs, or three (3) years operational MQ-1/9 or RQ-170 experience. (RQ-170 may be substituted with B-2, F-117, or other low observable or relevant ISR program management or operational experience, at A3M discretion).
Minimum of two (2) years Numbered Air Force (NAF), MAJCOM, or Headquarters Air Force (HAF) level staff experience to include program and funding actions.
