OUTLOOK GROUP CORP Production Operator - Finishing in NEENAH, Wisconsin

As a Production Operator, you will be an essential member of the Finishing team, responsible for overall Finishing operations including folder/gluer and/or die cutter machines and material handling. Overtime may be required but not guaranteed except on a per business need basis. The ideal candidate must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities as listed below. Must be able to operate machinery safely including, but not limited to, high-reaching motorized equipment. Ensure proper operating procedures (SOP's) are followed. Address and correct quality concerns. Maintain SQF standards within your work area. Responsible for make-ready, set-ups and general maintenance of equipment. Responsible for outgoing finished pallets, accuracy of load flags and production reporting. Responsible for incoming materials including raw, work-in-process, and finished goods. Clear communication and teamwork. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Other duties may be assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or Experience Associates degree in a related field or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years of related experience working with a folder/gluer machine or die cutter. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business-related periodicals, technical procedures, or related-industry regulations. Ability to communicate effectively in writing. Mathematical Skills Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to work with general mathematical concepts. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills Ability to comprehend the basic workings of computer software such as Microsoft Office and Prism. Other Skills and Abilities Good to Excellent mechanical skills. Safety awareness. Normal or correctable visual acuity, color vision and hearing as required by the position. Ability to stand continuously during shift. Must be willing to do projects as assigned.
