TrialCard Manager, Learning and Performance (Operations) in Morrisville, North Carolina
As the Manager, Learning and Performance, you will coordinate the planning, development, implementation/delivery, and maintenance of training programs from new hire training to career progression training for our Pateient Experience Center, Processing Department and Warehouse. Additionally, you will develop and deliver programs, as appropriate, applying principles of adult learning.
Plan the implementation and facilitation of training programs, material production and distribution for all PEC/Processing/Warehouse programs.
Using established model, develop training materials and evaluation processes for new-hire, upgrade, and refresher training.
Coordinate logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management for PEC/Processing/Warehouse training department.
Coordinate with Director, Learning and Performance, in the development of strategic training plans for PEC/Processing/Warehouse.
Communicates with Operations Managers/Supervisors, QA/QC, and Client teams to continuously evaluate the training needs of the PEC/Processing/Warehouse teams, and plans new or upgrade training programs.
Plan delivery of new/upgrade systems training.
Analyze the need for additional training staff; communicate requirements with cost/benefit analysis to Associate Director, Operational Learning and Performance.
Hire and manage staff of Training Associates, provide performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
Build solid cross-functional relationships within the company.
Provide input in development of L&P budget.
At least one year of experience in an operations training role, preferrably in a call center environment.
Experience performing in a training supervisor role is preferred.
Ability to coach, counsel, and support the professional growth of a team of Associate Trainers.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work strongly experience preferred.
Experience developing and delivering training in a compliance-driven organization.
Experience creating and documenting processes and procedures; ability to quickly integrate them into training courses/curriculums.
Excellent presentation skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
High learning agility with respect to computer literacy, including competency with Microsoft Office software especially PowerPoint and Excel, and the ability to use, learn, and teach multiple software packages.
Experience using Adobe Captivate to develop basic e-learning modules a plus.
Ability to work in time-sensitive and stressful situations.
This position is located in Morrisville, NC.
