•Perform daily tasks to support existing systems and fulfill ad-hoc requests for monitoring, reporting, projects and emergency issues
•Assist in supporting ongoing operations, automation, integration, performance analysis, and maintenance of systems
•Assist in developing and maintaining process and procedure documents, as well as documentation for troubleshooting issues
•Consult with IT staff and clients to determine the impact of new or revised applications on existing software
•Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with emphasis on application development, information management systems, security or database management systems, and IT project management, a plus.
•Basic technical skills to learn technology and help support IT staff and their clients
•Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize projects and tasks
•Basic knowledge of MS Office
•Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information
•Targeted graduation dates from 2018 through 2020
